Responsibilities

• Follow and communicate with clients and factories orders and requests


• Prepare documents and work with warehouse colleagues, temporary workers, trucking companies


• Arrange rework


• Handle whole Sample projects except docs


• Contact factories or CO agency to apply CO, Form-B, Form-F, legalized CO, etc


• Check cost


• Issue sales invoice to clients


• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by superior

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above


• At least 2 years solid experience in logistics company


• Good Computer skills (MS Word, excel & etc.,)  & Chinese typing is a must, fair English & Chinese (write simple English)


• Willing Overtime


• Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated active and independent
