Assistant Accounting Manager  (Ref No.:  066591 )

Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

  • Prepare and analyze consolidated/company level financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Prepare cash flow forecast and monitor funding requirements for the group

  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support

  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes

  • Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

  • Ad hoc assignments as required

  • Occasion travel to China



 

Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry with China exposure is highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and taxation

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • ERP and Cost accounting experience is a plus

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills




Salary: 30000 - 50000
