Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Sales Operation Team in monitoring and reviewing sales activities in FMCG segment to achieve the business target
- Manage good relationship with reseller/ catering customer/ Private client for exploring more business opportunity
- Process sales orders and related documentation and liaise with other departments to ensure timely deliveries to customers
- Handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g., inventory status, stock quotation, delivery schedule, order cancellation)
- Able to present sales reports to management for review
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wine retail, wine wholesale, F&B, or customer services industry (candidates with different experience background will also be considered)
- Certificate holder of WSET or related course is an advantage
- Experience in FMCG distribution business field or catering field is definitely an advantage
- Pro-active, self-driven, outgoing and passionate in wine.
- Fresh graduates with passion for wine and spirits and work in B2B industry are also welcome
