Responsibilities

• Liaise with vertical & nominated vendors to track and consolidate all sustainable documentations of materials and finished goods (e.g., GRS, GOTS, OkeoTex, recycle content etc.)


• Coordinate and ensure the certificates data accuracy in internal system


• Maintain and update certificate library and assist the sourcing/brands when needed


• Prepare certificate collection report for management review in a regular basis


• Support other sustainability projects implementation (e.g., Higg FEM & vendor traceability)


• Support in communication with internal and external stakeholder whenever sustainability requirement updated


• Responsible in the sustainability inhouse activity (e.g., Sustainability committee)


• Support Material Management team to prepare business report when needed

Requirement

• Form 5 or above


• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience with textile industry


• Sustainability experience will be an advantage


• Knowledge of various industry certifications required by industry and sustainably certified products is preferred


• Sound knowledge in textile production and fabric development process


• Expertise in MS Excel, especially with using pivot table and formulas to handle complex database


• Well organized, strong interpersonal skill and attention to details with solution-oriented mindset


• Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
