On 14 September 2016, we have discovered that our Registered Address has been misused by other companies which include but not limited to the following :
1. Electronics-ic.com
2. Hong Kong Sea-Sky International Industrial Limited
3. Newings Technology Limited
4. Ningbo Konst Trading Company Limited
We would like to take this opportunity to reiterate that we DO NOT have any connection with the companies aforementioned and/or any other companies who claimed to have the same Registered Address as to ours, whatsoever, and that we have never given our consent to anyone for the use of our Registered Address. As a result, we will not admit for any costs, loss and damages incurred in regards to the companies aforementioned and/or any other companies who claimed to have the same Registered Address as to ours.
We have also reported this matter to the Hong Kong Police Force and other relevant government authorities and investigation has already begun. Meanwhile, we shall continue to serve our customers with our best efforts and quality and disclose any relevant information to relevant authorities to aid their investigations onto this matter.

本公司於2016年9月14日發現有公司（包括但不限於下述）盜用本公司之註冊地址：

本公司在此重申與上述公司及／或其他任何聲稱與本公司擁有同樣註冊地址的公司，沒有任何關係。本公司嚴正聲明，本公司從未授權任何人仕或公司使用本公司之註冊地址。因此，本公司不會就上述公司及／或其他任何聲稱與本公司擁有同樣註冊地址的公司所涉及之任何轇轕付上任何責任。
本公司亦就上述事宜報案予香港警方及其他有關政府機構並得悉調查已經展開。與此同時，本公司會繼續為顧客提供最優質的服務。如有需要，本公司亦會向有關當局提供與上述事宜有關的資料。
